I am a researcher, an architect, and an artist, whose practice
is situated at the intersection of environmental justice, wet
landscapes, Eastern European epistemologies, and social
imaginaries for the future. I hold a B.Arch from Cornell
University and an MA in Research Architecture from Goldsmiths,
University of London. I was also an Associate Lecturer at the
Royal College of Art, teaching a research studio on Saharan
Becomings in the Environmental Architecture MA program.
As
an independent researcher and visual practitioner, my work
interrogates how wet infrastructures organise social and
environmental relations in the post-socialist periphery. My
practice has been supported by various grants and artist
residences, and I have exhibited internationally.
Besides my independent artistic research practice, I
am also part of multiple collectives and collaborations.
Notably, I am a co-organiser of PALs Research Group, with whom
we are currently completing a residency at Akademie Schloss
Solitude.
